AUSTRAC enrolment closes 29 July 2026.Enrolment was step one — the program is the work. Skip the consultant quote: 25 editable documents plus 2 offline tools, drafted for your sector — your complete AML/CTF program, built to be adopted this week. Preview every page before you pay.
What you walk away with
The kit opens with a plain-English enrolment guide, so you enrol correctly and on time — and unlike enrolling alone, you'll have the program AUSTRAC expects to sit behind that enrolment.
Board-adoption ready policies, an appointed compliance officer, a completed ML/TF risk assessment. Not a folder of blank templates — a working file with a contents map and a start-here order.
CDD records, SMR/TTR registers, training attestations, a compliance calendar. When AUSTRAC asks, you show an organised file — not a scramble through inboxes.
Inside every edition
Every document is editable Word or Excel, drafted for your sector's designated services, with a master contents map so your team knows what goes where. Preview every page before you pay.

one-time
If AUSTRAC or an independent evaluator issues written feedback that any kit document is non-compliant, we fix it within 48 hours or refund you in full — and you keep the documents. If the Rules or official guidance change within 12 months of your purchase, updated documents are free. It's a document-quality guarantee — not insurance against regulatory outcomes, and it doesn't make us your legal adviser.
The honest comparison
AUSTRAC publishes genuinely useful guidance — and you could draft every document yourself from it. This kit exists for firms that want the drafting already done, organised, and adapted to their sector.
| Path | Cost | Who does the drafting | What you end up with |
|---|---|---|---|
| AUSTRAC free guidance | $0 | You — from guidance pages and starter templates | A correct but slow path. Budget for the drafting hours across ~25 documents. |
| AMLCompliant kit | $497 | Done — editable, sector-specific, with a start-here order | The complete working file in your hands today, registers and tools included, updates for 12 months. |
| Consultant engagement | $8,000–$28,000+ | They draft over weeks of meetings — published fixed fees start around $8,000+GST | A tailored program — the right call for complex, multi-entity groups. |
For scale: the Attorney-General's Department AML/CTF Amendment impact analysis (2024) estimates average upfront setup at $4,460–$28,650 for newly regulated businesses with turnover under $2 million — before ongoing annual costs of $6,020–$33,230.
Questions before you invest
Enrolment itself is a short online process through AUSTRAC — the kit's START-HERE guide walks it screen by screen. The rest of the kit then stands up the program behind your enrolment: risk assessment first, policies adopted, officer appointed, registers live — a start-here order built so the core file can be adopted within days.
Enrolment closes 29 July 2026. Operating unenrolled after that date exposes your firm to civil penalties of up to 60 penalty units per day — for a company, up to $21,840 per day at the current $364 penalty unit ($4,368 per day for an individual).
Enrolment was step one. From 1 July 2026 the obligations themselves apply: customer due diligence, suspicious matter and threshold transaction reporting, staff training, record keeping — and your first annual compliance report, which covers FY2026–27 and lodges between 1 July and 30 September 2027. The kit's registers and compliance calendar are built for exactly that ongoing work, and your 12 months of updates carry you into it.
Match your designated services: Real Estate for agencies that broker property sales or purchases (sales agents and buyers' agents — pure property management isn't a designated service); Accountants for accounting, bookkeeping and tax practices (trusts, companies, SMSFs, client money); Legal & Conveyancing for law practices and conveyancers handling settlements and trust arrangements. Genuinely unsure? Run the free 60-second risk check or email us — we'll tell you straight, including if you don't need a kit at all.
Payment is by secure Stripe checkout. You're taken straight to your download page — the full kit as editable Word and Excel files plus the two offline tools, yours immediately. No login, no subscription required for the one-time kit.
Two things, in writing: (1) if AUSTRAC or an independent evaluator issues written feedback that any kit document is non-compliant, we fix it within 48 hours or refund you in full — and you keep the documents; (2) if the Rules or official guidance change within 12 months of purchase, updated documents are free. It's a document-quality guarantee — it isn't insurance against outcomes, and it doesn't make us your legal adviser.
Because price-locked-for-life plus priority support is a real ongoing commitment, and we'd rather cap it honestly than quietly water it down later. The cap is one we set and honour — when it's full, the tier closes. No fake countdown timers here; the only countdown on this page is AUSTRAC's real one.
No. AMLCompliant provides general information and document templates, not legal or compliance advice, and we're independent — not endorsed by AUSTRAC. The documents are drafted to be adapted: your firm reviews them, adapts them to your services and risks, and adopts them. For complex structures or contested questions, engage a qualified adviser — our Done-With-You tier can sit alongside that work, not replace it.
